The surprising pictures of 2015 Porsche 911 GT3 RS have been uploaded on a gallery by an Instagramer. The new Porsche was quite a myth until the leaked snapshots have gone viral.
The unofficial release contains multiple images from different perspectives without any silhouettes, camouflaging or any other type of photoshopping. So, now we have a better idea how the final model is going to look like. The yet un-launched 911 GT3 RS is a power pack compared to 918, GT2, Cayman or Boxster. An improvement can be seen just above the rear wheels; there are air-takes which appear like fish-gills. Now could these mean GT3 RS series will go turbo with its rear engine?
Though design is out, details about the specifications are still under the surface. Rumors have it, the GT3 RS will own a 500 horsepower engine. The previous models are all privileged with Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) which works wonderfully in gear shifting. But would this transmission system be deployed in the latest Porsche is still unknown. In any case, the audience won’t be disappointed because the current PDK is working at its best, and a new development coming from the Automaker as Porsche will be something of a curiosity too.
There’s is no response from the Company about unsanctioned pictures, but thanks to the instagram user, we have them.
