Hyundai has revealed the Intrado concept which will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2014. This hydrogen fuel-cell concept car is the exact perception of the future cars that will meet our mobility needs. The company’s motive was to design such a car which fits in perfectly with today’s busy lifestyle means it should be easy to use and intuitive to interact with.
This new model is very light in weight, designed around a central carbon-fiber frame which means car is more easily repairable and cheaper. Hyundai has also released a picture of the interior. There is a visual beauty of orange and black color scheme used. There is also a TFT screen for the ease of driver. Given much attention to both exterior and interior, in the words of Thomas Bürkle, Chief Designer at Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Centre, “The exterior is defined by a simple yet sporty profile which displays the latest interpretation of fluidic sculpture, while the interior shows how minimal ornamentation will perfectly fit into the varied lifestyles of the millennial generation.”
Hyundai has not yet provided motor details of the car but it is said that the Intrado’s Fuel-cell powertrain uses 36 kWh lithium-ion battery which provides a range of 370 miles while emitting only water.
